It's been a week since I started in this new job as a Specialist Support Staff. My clients are younger and with heaps of challenging behaviour. I hope my Diploma in Adult Education qualification will help overcome the day-to-day activities. Three adults with ADHD, autism, and ASD is really full-on. Add to that is the fact that two are non-verbal and one is very vocal, ayayay!
Well this is another phase of my teaching life. It is tiresome but exciting and at the end of the day, the pay is good enough. I have begun to make positive in-roads in their lives and that is priceless!
